Refund and Exchange Policy
All Love Julieta jewellery is custom-made to order, and therefore non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except where items are faulty or not as described.
Faulty Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at customercare@lovejulieta.com within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos and a description of the issue. If the fault lies with us, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
Cancellations: Due to the bespoke nature of our products, orders cannot be cancelled or amended once placed.
This policy is in accordance with your statutory rights under the laws of England and Wales.
